We are seeking a Business Development/Marketing specialist to join our established and growing Construction Management and General Contacting firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years in the A/E/C community and have a specific understanding of the Architecture & Interior Design market in NYC. You must be energetic, articulate, have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and must take an interest in networking and further enhancing an established firm in the high end residential and retail niche. Degreed candidates with a background in Interior Design and Architecture are preferred.
